All you need to connect to the e-know.net ASP service is a browser and an internet connection. e-know.net provide e-know SURF, an un-metered ISDN / PSTN (analogue) access product specifically designed to be on-line 24 x 7 and to assure business users
and personal user an Internet connection on demand. |

e-know SURF contracts

e-know SURF is charged on a monthly basis at a flat rate of
£60 per month. Customers can cancel the service at any time. |

Get connected with e-know SURF |
|
To use e-know SURF you will require:
- an e-know SURF user ID – which you will receive when you sign your contract.
- a BT Internet Anytime Account,
available from BT.
- a ISDN / PSTN (analogue) line
64K Connection can only be achieved with
ISDN. 56K is the maximum connection possible over PSTN (analogue)
