Your agreed Service Level is backed up by our support desk function that will take calls and appropriate action if you experience any problems with service. e-know.net operates a Call Escalation System which prioritises calls according to the terms in your Service Level Agreement to ensure timely resolution to any issues raised. Our basic service level provides a Call Management service in Business Hours (08:00 – 18:00). Where out of hours support is required your Service Level Agreement can be upgraded to full 24x7 cover.
