e-know.net was formed by three colleagues who ran a successful ERP company for more than 20 years with operations worldwide. The Board of Directors of e-know.net comprises:

• David Redwood - Company Chairman
• Bernard de Cannière - Non Executive Director
• Nigel Redwood - Managing Director
• Reg Smith - Strategic Alliances Director

In addition to the private funding injected into the company, e-know.net is financially backed by 3i Plc and Intec Management SA (Belgium).

Company Background

e-know.net Limited was formed by three colleagues who ran a very successful West Midlands based software solutions business for over 20 years. This company called Largotim had grown by 1997 to employing some 500 people and operating in 12 countries. Largotim became the leading MFG/PRO (Author QAD) implementer in Europe and was also a very strong force in QAD’s home country the USA.

It is with this pedigree in providing successful IT solutions to all types of businesses that e-know.net was formed in 2000. The Founders of e-know.net saw the weaknesses in the traditional in-house implementation methodology and identified the ASP rental model as the way forward in the IT Industry. The inherent experience and knowledge that such a team and its employees can bring to a pioneering ASP offering is clearly enormous and e-know.net believe their products, services and system security more than exceed their customers expectations.

e-know.net is a well established managed solutions supplier basing it’s Headquarters and state of the art £2 million Server Farm at Telford. The server farm has been owned, developed and controlled by e-know.net since it’s inception.
