One of e-know.net’s greatest strengths is our employees. We have had success in attracting highly qualified individuals covering a broad skill base who enjoy working together as a team.

Administration Services

Its always wise to mention the important people first, the people who make sure that the office runs no matter what the rest of us are up to. With telephone manners second to none, superior skills in ensuring you will have somewhere to park your car when you come to visit us (no easy task sometimes), and coffee making skills to die for – we salute our admin staff!

Business Consultants

We’re lucky to have good cross section of experience in our business consultancy team. On the one hand we can safely say we pass ‘the grey-hair’ test, our senior consultants have years, and we mean many years, of experience in working with MRP and latterly ERP systems. 

To complement those sages the younger (in the broadest sense of the word) members of the team include finance specialists and software engineers, all have experience of working with a range of systems on both sides of the fence, ie; at e-know.net our consultants are not only knowledgeable about the applications we offer – they have been out in the ‘real world’ and so understand your issues.

Web Design and e-commerce

When it comes to our e-solutions team then you name it – they know it. They have knowledge of every language, software application, database and operating system you could care to mention. Far more relevant than all the technical expertise though, is the fact that these guys have a track record of creating sites that really make a difference to a business – it’s not all about pretty pictures!


Technical services

Now when it comes to our ‘techies’ you can probably paint a mental picture, yes there are old drinks cans and burger boxes round their work stations, yes they work (exist?) on a ‘different’ timezone to us mere mortals, no they don’t come to work in suits, but can they do clever things with mice and grey metal boxes? - they surely can!

Armed with all of the relevant Microsoft qualifications they have created our ASP infrastructure, and in a world where technology changes daily they are constantly modifying and improving our service delivery. If managing that, monitoring customer peformance, and fielding the odd support call were not enough, we also share their skills with our customers on a consultancy basis. It’s no wonder they don’t always have time for a shave!

Sales & Marketing

And last but not least, for we wouldn’t be here without them are the sales & marketing team. It is easy to forget them because if they are not on the phone they are out to lunch – but then that’s what they are good at - telling you all about what we do. Seriously, we can promise our sales team have a considerable amount of experience (it’s that grey-hair test again) in the IT industry, you’ll quickly appreciate that they understand your issues and will soon convince you that ASP services from e-know.net are the answer to all your problems!
