Charles Stuart goes live!

Charles Stuart, Chartered Accountants based in Hounslow, went live on e-know.net's ASP solution on the 30th September 2002. Charles Stuart chose to have their current software hosted by e-know.net and delivered via the Internet. The total cost of ownership and improved service to their customers were the two key drivers in their decision to take the outsourced or ASP route.

Charles Stuart had calculated that with their current systems a total of one employee's time was required per year to administer their internal solution. On many occasions fee earners and Partners themselves were involved in solving IT issues. In addition Charles Stuart were continually upgrading server hardware every time new software was selected, and needed to invest heavily in hardware once again.

Charles Stuart decided that by adoption of an ASP solution they would not only resolve their IT hassle but enable them to offer a better added value service to their customers. Customers of Charles Stuart who in the future chose an ASP solution, could doubly benefit by Charles Stuart having authorized access their accounts on line. This enables more timely advice to be given to their client base and the possibility of providing other services to their financial department.
